Thank you for shopping with ChapterSage Books. Below you’ll find details about how and when your order will be delivered.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates (Canada)
We offer flat rate shipping of $15 CAD per order anywhere in Canada.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta via Canada Post.
Tracking is included with every order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location within Canada.
Estimated transit times after dispatch:

Alberta & Western Canada: 2-4 business days
- Ontario & Quebec: 4-6 business days
- Atlantic Canada & Remote Areas (including parts of Labrador): up to 8 business days
These delivery estimates are provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed.
Shipping times may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Remot delivery locations
- High-volume shipping periods
ChapterSage Books is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for several days or your package appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with Canada Post to investigate the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within Canada.
